RESERVA Y CANCELACIÓN BOOKING AND CANCELLATION
POLICIES

Reservas: Bookings:

• La reserva se confirma con un anticipo del 50% del valor total del tour.
• El saldo restante debe pagarse 1 día antes del inicio del tour.
• La reserva se considera válida únicamente con comprobante de pago.
• El cupo es personal e intransferible, salvo autorización previa.
• The booking is confirmed with a 50% deposit of the total tour value.
• The remaining balance must be paid 1 day before the tour starts.
• The booking is valid only with proof of payment.
• The spot is personal and non-transferable unless previously authorized.

Cancelaciones por parte del cliente: Cancellations by the client:

• Cancelación con más de 15 días de anticipación: devolución del 80% del anticipo.
• Cancelación entre 7 y 14 días antes: devolución del 50% del anticipo.
• Cancelación con menos de 7 días: no hay reembolso (porque ya hay gastos logísticos).
• La no presentación el día del tour se considera abandono voluntario sin derecho a reembolso.
• Cancellation more than 15 days in advance: 80% of the deposit is refunded.
• Cancellation between 7 and 14 days before: 50% of the deposit is refunded.
• Cancellation less than 7 days before: no refund (due to logistical expenses).
• No-show on the tour day is considered voluntary abandonment with no refund.

Cancelaciones por parte de la empresa: Cancellations by the company:

• Si por condiciones climáticas, cierres del Parque Nacional o fuerza mayor no se puede realizar la actividad, la empresa puede:
  • Reprogramar la fecha.
  • Ofrecer otra ruta similar.
  • Hacer devolución parcial, descontando gastos administrativos/logísticos ya ejecutados.
• If weather conditions, National Park closures, or force majeure prevent the activity, the company may:
  • Reschedule the date.
  • Offer a similar alternative route.
  • Provide a partial refund, deducting administrative/logistical expenses already incurred.

Durante la actividad: During the activity:

• La empresa se reserva el derecho de modificar o suspender el itinerario por seguridad.
• Si un viajero decide abandonar la expedición por voluntad propia, no habrá reembolso.
• Todo participante debe firmar un deslinde de responsabilidad.
• The company reserves the right to modify or suspend the itinerary for safety reasons.
• If a traveler decides to leave the expedition voluntarily, no refund will be provided.
• All participants must sign a liability waiver.
