En Dulima Tour Travel promovemos un turismo responsable en media y alta montaña dentro del Parque Nacional Natural Los Nevados. Somos una operadora local comprometida con la conservación ambiental, el bienestar de las comunidades que nos reciben y la experiencia segura de cada visitante. Entendemos que nuestras actividades pueden generar impactos y, por lo tanto, trabajamos para minimizarlos y asegurar prácticas sostenibles en cada recorrido. At Dulima Tour Travel, we promote responsible tourism in mid and high mountain areas within Los Nevados Natural National Park. We are a local tour operator committed to environmental conservation, the well-being of host communities, and the safety of every visitor. We understand that our activities may generate impacts, so we work to minimize them and ensure sustainable practices on every journey.

Conservación ambiental:
- Promover el uso responsable del agua y la correcta gestión de residuos (principio Leave No Trace / No dejar rastro).
- Evitar el deterioro de ecosistemas sensibles como humedales, páramo y glaciar.
- Prohibir la extracción de flora, fauna o recursos naturales.
- Reducir la contaminación mediante el uso consciente de transporte, energía y materiales reutilizables. Environmental conservation:
- Promote responsible water use and proper waste management (Leave No Trace principle).
- Prevent the degradation of sensitive ecosystems such as wetlands, páramo, and glaciers.
- Prohibit the extraction of flora, fauna, or natural resources.
- Reduce pollution through conscious use of transportation, energy, and reusable materials.

Protección cultural y patrimonial:
- Respetar las tradiciones locales, comunidades campesinas y su modo de vida.
- No permitir el tráfico o daño de bienes culturales, históricos o arqueológicos.
- Promover el comercio local, alojamientos rurales y productos de la región. Cultural and heritage protection:
- Respect local traditions, rural communities, and their way of life.
- Prevent trafficking or damage to cultural, historical, or archaeological heritage.
- Promote local commerce, rural accommodations, and regional products.

Social approach and human rights:
- Rechazar y denunciar cualquier práctica de explotación sexual de niños, niñas y adolescentes, mujeres y minorías.
- Garantizar un ambiente libre de discriminación por género, orientación sexual, etnia, religión o nacionalidad.
- Contratar y capacitar talento local, aportando oportunidades de empleo digno y crecimiento profesional. Social approach and human rights:
- Reject and report any form of sexual exploitation of children, adolescents, women, and minorities.
- Ensure a discrimination-free environment regardless of gender, sexual orientation, ethnicity, religion, or nationality.
- Hire and train local talent, providing decent employment and professional growth opportunities.

Turismo seguro y con ética profesional:
- Cumplir con la normativa ambiental y turística vigente en Colombia.
- Capacitar a guías y equipo en primeros auxilios en zonas remotas y manejo de montaña.
- Promover la educación ambiental con nuestros viajeros antes y durante la experiencia.
- Informar y actuar de manera inmediata ante cualquier situación que ponga en riesgo la vida, el entorno o la comunidad. Safe tourism and professional ethics:
- Comply with current environmental and tourism regulations in Colombia.
- Train guides and staff in first aid for remote areas and mountain management.
- Promote environmental education with our travelers before and during each experience.
- Inform and act immediately in any situation that puts lives, the environment, or the community at risk.
